These terms govern access to MemberNexa websites and platform services. Customer-specific subscriptions may also be governed by an order form or service agreement.
Authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the service only for lawful organizational, membership and community purposes.
Organization administration
Customer organizations are responsible for their administrators, membership decisions, published content, business listings, benefits and compliance obligations.
Acceptable conduct
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of others.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party infrastructure and circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual property
MemberNexa and its platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. Organizations retain responsibility for and rights in content they provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
Account suspension
Access may be suspended where required for security, legal compliance, non-payment under an applicable agreement or material violation of these terms.
